Prof.
Dr. Frank Bannister
Frank Bannister is a Senior Lecturer in Information Systems in Trinity College,
Dublin where he is also Director of Studies of the Management Science and
Information Systems program. Prior to joining Trinity in1995, he worked
in operations research and economic planning in the Irish Civil Service
and for 16 years with Price Waterhouse, Management Consultants. He continues
as a Consulting Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
His research interests are in e-Government and in particular evaluation
of information systems value in the public sector. He was Chairman of the
First European Conference on e-Government Conference held in Dublin in 2001
and is co-chair of the European Conference on the IT Evaluation. |

Dr. Marcos Sepúlveda
Marcos Sepúlveda is majored in Industrial Civil Engineering with
specialization in Computing from Pontificia Universidad Católica
de Chile, 1987-92. Nowadays is the Head of the Computing Science of the
School of Engineering of the same University. Also the Director of the Centro
de Estudios de Tecnologías de la Información, has interests
in the following areas: strategic use of IT, e-government, Business Intelligence,
Business processes modeling. Among his recent publications there are: Bitwise
Implementation of a two-Dimensional Cellular Automate Biofilm Model.
